We are seeking a skilled Director of Recruitment and Retention with five or more years of experience in the recruiting field to join our team! You will perform significant recruiting activities to recruit new prosecutors and staff, and also retain existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential Assistant State Attorneys
- Attend job fairs which include various law schools, local and nationwide
- Assist with on-boarding
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or related fields
- Dynamic speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to seek-out, build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Requirements:
- Must possess an undergraduate degree in Business, Communications or Human Resources.
- Master’s degree, PHR or SPHR a plus
