Senior Strategy Associate – Master Trades Group-Len The Plumber
Location: Local to Tampa, FL • Cocoa Beach, FL • Sanford, FL • Louisville, KY
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Standard Business Hours with flexibility for training sessions
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
Travel: 25–50% by car or air (based on business needs)
Reports To: VP of Strategy

What You’ll Do
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead execution of cross-functional programs (ERP implementations, acquisition integrations, scheduling platform rollouts, process optimization).
- Own timelines, risks, budgets, and outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Directly manage early-stage or high-priority projects.
Stakeholder Alignment & Consensus Building
- Partner with field operators and functional leaders (Finance, HR, IT) to align priorities and objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration, navigate competing priorities, and drive decision-making.
Workshop Facilitation & Process Design
- Design and lead workshops, kickoff meetings, and working sessions.
- Translate outputs into clear implementation plans and documented processes.
Governance & Reporting
- Report program status and risks to leadership.
- Maintain standardized program artifacts and dashboards.
- Partner with FP&A to evaluate ROI and value realization.
- Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable operating model across the enterprise.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience executing strategic projects in complex, growth-oriented environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives involving field and corporate stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to create clear financial analyses and executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth industries (home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Consulting background.
- ERP/CRM rollout, acquisition integration, or operational change experience.
- Ability to conduct light financial modeling (cost-benefit, payback, ROI).
Work Environment & Travel
- Work performed remotely and/or in a professional office setting.
- Travel up to 50% as required for project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
