Responsibilities:
- Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
- Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
- Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards.
- Answer guest's questions about the beverage offered.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a barista role; minimum 1 year.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to speak English proficiently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
