Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Cabin Attendant to build and oversee FlyUSA’s Cabin Attendant Program. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing every aspect of the program, from service standards and operating procedures to recruiting and scheduling. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience in private aviation service, a strong eye for detail, and the leadership skills to develop a best-in-class program from the ground up.

Location: Clearwater, Florida

Schedule: The Lead Cabin Attendant must be available to fly up to 15 days per month when needed. When not scheduled for flying duties, this individual will support the Cabin Attendant Program and overall operations through office, hangar, and program management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and oversee FlyUSA’s Cabin Attendant Program.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards for cabin attendants.
  • Establish and implement dress code and grooming requirements.
  • Build and maintain a roster of qualified 1099 contract cabin attendants.
  • Negotiate day rates with contract cabin attendants in the best interest of FlyUSA.
  • Evaluate new aircraft entering the fleet and ensure each is equipped with proper service items.
  • Ensure cabins meet FlyUSA’s cleanliness, presentation, and readiness standards prior to passenger boarding.
  • Manage scheduling of all contract cabin attendants.
  • Be available to fly up to 15 days per month when needed, while also managing office, hangar, and program responsibilities when not flying.
  • Serve as the point of accountability for developing and leading the Cabin Attendant Program.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a lead, senior, or corporate/private aviation cabin attendant.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish programs, standards, or SOPs in a hospitality or aviation setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage both people and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to balance flying responsibilities with program development and office duties.
  • Commitment to delivering a “World Class Every Time” passenger experience.
