Job DescriptionAccounting Specialist

With a national service center in Orlando, FL, and a dedicated service center in California, TNA ensures comprehensive customer support across North America through its strategically positioned service teams and mobile service vehicles. Tasks
- Create vendor and customer accounts.
- Update assets & inventory accounts as needed
- Prepare Sales & Use Tax Returns in accordance with state and local laws
- Manage daily cash postings across multiple payment channels
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing issues
- Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Support month-end close and account reconciliations
- Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks, special projects, and time-sensitive requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience with Accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc.
- Must have experience with filing Sales & Use Tax Returns
- Must have experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Proficient in Excel
