Compensation:
$100,000 OTE + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
What You’ll Do
- Convert warm, qualified leads into closed estate planning engagements
- Conduct consultative sales calls with families and affluent clients
- Confidently present premium service options and guide decision-making
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline momentum
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) with accuracy; track KPIs and forecasts
- Ensure smooth handoff to the legal team after closing
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven success in consultative, high-value sales
- Experience in legal, financial, insurance, or similar industries preferred
- Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
