CD Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing firm in Lakeland, Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, West Palm and other locations. We operate 10 locations in Florida and continue to grow! We have immediate openings in the Jupiter, FL area for Banquet Servers.
Type: Banquet Server
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Shift: Flexible/event-based shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Salary: $18 per hour
Essential Duties:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team for upcoming events. Banquet Servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
Essential duties include:
- Assisting with food and beverage service and following proper serving procedures
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and coordinating with kitchen and event staff
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring a seamless event experience
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, reliable, and able to follow directions while working efficiently in a team setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Prior banquet or restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
Banquet Servers will work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment that requires flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying trays or equipment, and working evenings, weekends, or holidays as events require. Servers will interact directly with guests, kitchen staff, and fellow team members, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Safety, cleanliness, and adherence to event protocols are essential.
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 pounds for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
