Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a great commercial construction company in Boynton Beach, FL. If you have about 2-3 years experience with assisting with order entries and purchase orders, apply today! SAP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders
- Respond to general customer inquiries
- Process Return/Refund requests
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Manager
- Utilize SAP for order processing and data entry
Experience
- 2-3 years in purchasing assistance
- Experience with SAP required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associates Degree preferred
Skills
- Highly organized and ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Work Type
- Onsite with the opportunity to go hybrid after training
- Full Time, M-F, contract to hire
- Compensation: $23-25/hr
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
