Position Overview
As an AHIS W2 Insurance Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, leveraging your expertise to help clients navigate their Medicare options. You’ll work a fixed schedule to present comprehensive solutions, while using your strong sales skills to close deals and build your income. This role is for a personable, driven professional who excels in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

Present & Persuade: Clearly present insurance options, highlighting key benefits of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplements.

Deal Closing: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals efficiently, often on the first call.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Active Medicare Sales License: Applicants must possess a valid and current life and health license. We are currently hiring in Arizona, Texas, and Florida; therefore, candidates must hold a valid license issued by their resident state in these locations to be eligible for consideration. A minimum of 10 states licensed is recommended but not required.
- Ready to Sell Day One: This is a role for an experienced agent who can begin selling immediately upon gaining RTS status with Humana and Aetna.

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in insurance or healthcare.

Remote Work Proficiency: You must have experience and comfort using sales and communication tools in a remote work environment.

Carrier Releases: Applicants must have all current carrier releases immediately available.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information with clarity and empathy.

This is a W2 role with a secure hourly wage and a commission structure designed to reward your performance consistently.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

Transparent Commission: Our commission structure is simple and clear, so you'll always know what you're earning. There are no chargebacks—when you close a deal, that commission is yours to keep, period.

Weekly Payouts: After an initial 3-week waiting period on your first check, commission is paid every single week, providing a consistent income stream you can rely on.
