Position Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Operations Consultant – B2B to work onsite at our West Palm Beach office and lead the growth of our e-commerce operation. You’ll own the digital strategy, manage web content, run SEO/SEM campaigns, and drive regional traffic and conversions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Website Management: Maintain and update product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotions.
• SEO/SEM: Lead organic and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified traffic.
• Conversion Optimization: Improve the customer journey and increase wholesale order conversions online.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and similar tools.
• Local Traffic Focus: Strategically grow digital conversions from the West Palm Beach market.
• In-House Collaboration: Work onsite with leadership, sales, and marketing teams daily.
• Promotional Campaign Execution: Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Product Launch Coordination: Oversee the digital rollout of new products and categories on the website.
• UX/UI Feedback: Identify and communicate improvements needed in website design, layout, or mobile responsiveness.
• Email & Retargeting Support: Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns and retargeting ads to bring customers back.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or e-commerce.
• Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid media, and conversion strategy.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Strong analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to be fully onsite in West Palm Beach.
• B2B/Wholesale experience is a major plus.
