Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cleaner & Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both the kitchen and Lobby area, as well as washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This position is crucial in helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
• Deep clean kitchen surfaces, including stoves, grills, fryers, and prep areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas such as the dining room and restrooms.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Dishwashing Duties:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.
• Operate and maintain industrial dishwasher.
• Ensure clean dishes are properly stored in designated areas.
• Check and refill cleaning supplies and detergents as needed.
• Handle kitchen equipment with care to avoid breakage or damage.

General:

• Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries, ensuring cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance or sanitation issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with kitchen prep or other tasks as directed by management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
