Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Boca Raton, Florida, and requires a hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, you will drive HR strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals, employee development, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR operational plans aligned with organizational strategies and priorities.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers to provide guidance on talent development, change management, and workforce planning.
• Implement HR policies and practices while addressing complex employee and team management challenges.
• Lead organizational design efforts across various levels of the company to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Contribute to global change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR and business objectives.
• Advise employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters as needed.
• Facilitate employee engagement by fostering a compelling and collaborative work environment.
• Support managers in activating employee survey action plans to sustain a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
• Drive talent management and development strategies within the assigned client group.
• Provide coaching and development insights to employees and managers to promote continuous growth.• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a business partner or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR practices and resolve complex employee-related issues.
• Experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within an organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and performance management processes.
