Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.

Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and effectively.

Develop customized insurance solutions that best fit client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Requirements

Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License (Required).

Proven success in a sales or customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, can-do attitude.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Comfortable using technology for sales and communication.
