Compensation

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound moving leads
- Provide accurate quotes for residential and commercial moves
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals
- Follow up with prospects to secure bookings
- Maintain CRM notes and pipeline activity
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (moving, logistics, home services, or call center a plus)
- Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional phone presence
