This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Project manager. As an Account Opening Specialist, you will be one of the first touchpoints for our customers.
You will be responsible for tracking and reporting any issues. You will work with our internal team to resolve issues in an efficient manner to avoid future customers encountering repetitive issues. The position involves identifying problems and implementing proactive solutions to drive optimum outcomes and quality service for clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a high touch contact for our customers.
  • Follow policies and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with numerous internal teams to build the worlds best customer-first mobile banking application.
  • Track and report ongoing issues while helping customers through the account opening process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Escalate issues as needed through the proper channels.

Skill and Abilities:

  • Excellent sense of pace and timing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaboratively.
  • Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Communicative: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Adaptable: You can shift focus and enjoy working outside your comfort zone.
  • Team-Player-You work with and inspire others around you, taking on tasks for greater
    team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole Speaker
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Banking / Financial Industry.
  • Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience in customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
