Job Description

This position provides impeccable customer service, empathy and friendliness to everyone walking through the door. In addition, this position is responsible for professionally administering all incoming calls, ensuring phone calls are redirected accordingly, and greeting guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.


Responsibilities

  • Consistently provides a friendly and helpful manner with all incoming calls.
  • Provides empathy and assistance to all of our potential, current, and past clients.
  • Accurately directs and transfers calls to the employee requested or assists in directing the caller to the appropriate party.
  • Maintains an apologetic tone if the desired party cannot be reached, and offers alternative options in regard to leaving a voicemail or being directed to another employee who can assist.
  • Welcomes all external clients and internal employees with a warm greeting, providing a friendly atmosphere in the lobby.
  • Maintains a professional and inviting environment in the lobby, in addition to keeping lobby, conference rooms and courtroom tidy each day.
  • Ensures visitors are offered a sense of hospitality, by offering beverages and/or assistance as needed.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.

Days of work are Monday through Friday.

The hours of work are 8:15am - 5:15pm.



Ideal Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma.
  2. One year of customer service experience.
  3. Two years of receptionist experience.
