Position: Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Location: Plantation FL, 33324 (Hybrid Remote- 3 Onsite, 2 Remote)
Pay: $24-27 Hourly Based On Experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or similar)
- 2+ years’ experience in sales support, marketing coordination, partnerships, or business development
- Helping with Marketing events & outreach
- Comfortable helping with the full Sales cycle, pipelining new potential clients, building new client relationships, maintaining current partnerships, etc.
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables) – Previous experience helping with Reporting/running Excel reports
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written communication

Day to Day:
This role is a Sales/Marketing position focused on building and executing strategic growth partnerships for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Support reciprocal marketing and growth partnerships that provide value to SME customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SME ecosystem partners
- Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline
- Draft and queue outreach emails for senior leaders
- Support meeting scheduling and follow-ups
- Assist with partnership activations (in-person events, webinars, co-branded offers)
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, pricing, legal)
- Track activity and results in Excel
- Create and update PowerPoint materials for internal and partner use
- Doing research & pipelining potential new companies to partner with (ie: Companies within these spaces Airlines, travel, software, legal, banks, and other service providers)
- Support existing customers or vendors with SME reach
- Support pipeline development, outreach coordination, and partnership activation.
