A-TTEEEEN-TION! Were looking to add a Customer Experience Representative to our Quick Reaction Force Team (QRF) in Boca Raton!
What We are Looking for in a Customer Experience Corporal
Our goal for our Quick Reaction Force is to provide the best customer service experience our customers have ever had! This is not an easy mission, and providing great customer service is a constant learning experience. We are looking for a Corporal who not only wants to complete this mission, but can help us tackle it as a team. If you believe in always trying to find better ways to help the people around you, an Ammunition Depot Customer Experience Corporal will be a perfect fit. We provide all the training, equipment, coaching and an office stocked up on drinks and snacks.
But Sarge, what if I don't have the right skills?
The only required skill is that you want to help people and make their lives better. That being said, here of some skills that will allow you to do that more efficiently:
- Previous Customer Service or eCommerce Support Experience
- Computer Experience & Typing - Can you type without looking?
- Decoder and Problem Solver who isnt afraid of a challenge, and wont leave problems unaddressed because its difficult.
- Learner that is detail oriented and adept at understanding new software and processes.
- Researcher - What does google it mean to you?
- Shooting Sport Enthusiast - Do you know a thing or two about guns & ammo? (massive plus)
- Jack or Jill of all trades - Someone who is willing and can take on a task regardless of rank
Okay...But What Exactly Will I Do?
In the most oversimplified terms: phone calls, emails, and googling! Our customers always have special requests or problems they cannot solve on their own, so they reach out to us for help. The mission is to provide them with their desired result AND much, much more. We are always trying to achieve a happy customer as the end result. Sometimes this means going out of our way to follow up on an order, pushing it to priority in the warehouse, calling or emailing companies for their licenses, and more.
In addition to inbound customer support, there is also the outbound component. There can be issues holding up a customers order, and we need to get a hold of our customers to resolve them. This requires a level of finesse because we may need to interrupt a customers life to tell them about a problem, while aiming to have them hang up the phone happier than they were before they answered.
So what sets Ammunition Depot apart from others?
We are a bunch of fun and uniquely different people with a work hard and play hard mentality. Our team enjoys helping others while supporting our second amendment rights. AD is a dynamic workplace, where every day is a little different than the last. We are not your typical office or business.
