What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source, connect with, and recruit top sales agents in the payments space.
  • Build meaningful relationships with Jupiter agents and help them grow their teams.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly goals - drive pipeline from agents.
  • Maintain a high-activity pipeline - outreach, calls, LinkedIn activity, and follow-ups.
  • Screen for both qualifications and cultural fit to ensure long-term success.
  • Support onboarding and make sure every new agent feels connected from day one.
  • Collaborate with other Jupiter teams to support agents.
