Compensation:
$120,000 average Base + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Build and supervise a team of financial professionals, offering mentorship and guidance
- Create and execute strategic plans to attract and retain clients effectively
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to deliver personalized, holistic financial advice and guidance
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure adherence
- Work collaboratively with various departments to optimize client financial portfolios
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for the Financial Professional Manager position in South Florida should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry.
- Extensive knowledge of life insurance products is a crucial requirement for this role.
- Holding a Series 6/7 License is preferred for applicants.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have for effective client interactions.
- Candidates need to possess U.S. work Authorization for employment opportunities in the U.S.
