What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping calendars, meetings, and inboxes in check — and making it all look easy

  • Supporting leaders and teams so they can focus on the big stuff (you handle the rest)

  • Creating order out of chaos (travel, expenses, scheduling, docs — all in a day’s work)

  • Planning team events, milestone moments, and surprise-and-delight moments that keep morale high

  • Helping with internal communications and making sure no one misses what matters

  • Making onboarding feel like a red carpet experience for new hires

  • Being the calm in the storm — adaptable, proactive, and always a step ahead

  • Keeping the office (or remote ops) humming: supplies, vendors, logistics, you name it

About You:

  • 2+ years in an admin, office coordinator, or team support role

  • You’re a people person through and through — approachable, trustworthy, and warm

  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with a touch of personality

  • Details? You catch them before anyone else does

  • You’re resourceful — you Google, you figure things out, you just get it done

  • Juggling five things at once? Somehow you thrive on it

  • You’re passionate about building connection, team culture, and a positive work vibe

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools
