We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives on being in the middle of the action and leading from the front. This isn’t a “desk job”—it’s about setting the tone for your team, owning the rhythm of the business, and making sure every shift runs smoothly, whether it’s the first customer through the door or the last register close of the night.

What You’ll Do

• Be present across all shifts—opening, midday, and closing—so your team sees you right there alongside them, coaching and supporting in real time.
• Jump into the busiest hours to make sure service is sharp, energy is high, and standards never slip.
• Lead the opening charge: get the store ready, set expectations for the day, and keep things moving.
• Take ownership at close: oversee clean-up, finalize financials, and make sure the shop is locked down and ready for the next day.
• Balance your schedule with the team’s needs—cover different times of day to stay connected and make sure no part of operations runs without your influence.
• Manage weekends smartly: lead the business while also protecting time for yourself.
