Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with customers
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of interactions
- Analyze customer needs and effectively present product solutions
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to promote products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in languages preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
