Robbins, in partnership with Bath Concepts is one of the fastest-growing names in bathroom remodeling, is looking for a high-energy Event Marketing Manager to lead our event outreach and engagement strategy across Central Florida.

What You’ll Do:

Discover and book the best local events, trade shows, and expos to represent the brand

Negotiate contracts and build a full, year-round event calendar

Recruit, train, and manage an enthusiastic team of brand ambassadors and event staff

Oversee event setup, logistics, and teardown

Engage with event attendees and schedule free in-home consultations

Track lead performance and ensure consistent follow-up

Drive excitement, visibility, and brand awareness through every event
What We’re Looking For:

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

A strong leader with the ability to coach and motivate others

Highly organized with strong time and project management skills

Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
