Perform duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
of cooked items for all cold hot menu item plates. Responsible for excelling in the
preparation of Carmela Coffee's menu offerings, making sure they reflect the pre-designed recipes,
maintaining a cost-conscious attitude by keeping strict control of ingredients and product waste
Comply and enforce the established food safety rules and procedures in food preparation.
