Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Delray Beach, Florida. This role involves supporting the purchasing department with critical data entry tasks, including processing and organizing invoices. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input invoice details such as invoice numbers, vendor information, and other relevant data into the system.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure all data is correctly entered and updated in a timely manner.
• Assist with transitioning data into the Red Rock software platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and verify data for errors or discrepancies, resolving issues as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all entered data for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks related to data entry as required.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and vendor management is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems, such as Red Rock.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
