Job DescriptionAre you a people person who thrives on helping others while driving results? We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients calling into our multiple practice locations. You’ll provide compassionate service, answer questions, and most importantly, schedule appointments to connect patients with the care they need—all while promoting our healthcare services with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients across multiple locations in a timely, professional manner
- Build rapport with callers while identifying their needs and offering solutions
- Educate patients on available services, products, and promotions
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage call documentation and maintain detailed, accurate records in our system
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and sales goals
- Collaborate with practice teams to ensure patients receive seamless care
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a call center, inside sales, scheduling, or healthcare customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A positive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks at once
- Comfortable working with call systems and CRM software
- Ability to meet performance goals and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment
