THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Direct Response Copywriter to write high converting copy across every major touchpoint of the brand, from paid ads and landing pages to Amazon listings, email flows, and packaging.
This role is for someone who understands persuasive, performance driven copywriting, and can write in a modern, clean brand voice while driving measurable conversion results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1) Write high performing ad copy for Meta + TikTok
- Write scroll stopping hooks and primary text for Facebook/Instagram ads
- Write high converting headlines, subheads, and CTAs
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing (angle, hook, benefit, offer)
- Write copy that matches the visual style and works in a mobile first format

2) Write copy for landing pages and high converting funnels
- Write and structure landing page copy with conversion psychology
- Write hero sections, value props, benefit stacks, objection handling, FAQs
- Write “bridge” copy from ad → landing page so the story stays consistent
- Support product page copy updates and conversion rate improvements

3) Write email + SMS copy for conversion + retention
- Write campaign emails that match the brand voice
- Write key flows (welcome, abandon cart, post purchase, replenishment, winback)
- Write SMS that is short, sharp, and conversion focused
- Help ensure messaging stays consistent across funnel stages

4) Write Amazon copy (PDP + A+ content)
- Write Amazon bullet points, titles, descriptions, and enhanced brand content
- Write benefit led copy that increases conversion while staying compliant
- Help create messaging that clearly differentiates HelloNutra vs competitors

5) Write packaging + product label copy (supporting)
- Write clear, clean packaging claims and benefit statements
- Write product descriptions and front of label messaging
- Ensure brand voice stays consistent and premium
- Support compliance friendly phrasing (no risky medical claims)

6) Collaborate with the creative + growth team
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer / Video Editor to ensure copy fits layouts
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist + Paid Media Buyer to align copy with testing strategy
- Collaborate with Influencer/UGC Manager to support creator scripts and talking points

7) Iterate based on performance + results
- Write multiple versions of each concept to test
- Use performance feedback (CTR, hook rate, CVR) to improve future copy
- Help build a repeatable system of winning hooks, angles, and offers

8) Apply direct response and platform specific expertise
- Write UGC scripts for TikTok/Meta when needed
- Write supplement copy with clear understanding of compliant vs. non compliant claims
- Use proven direct response frameworks (PAS, AIDA, 4P, objection handling) to structure persuasive messaging
- Write retention driven copy that increases LTV, reduces churn, and strengthens subscription growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience writing performance driven or direct response copy for direct to consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of conversion psychology and how messaging drives measurable performance across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and Amazon.
- Proven ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling, benefit driven language that creates immediate desire.
- Ability to write clean, modern, premium copy that feels brand aligned while still driving direct response performance.
- Experience writing for subscription brands and building retention focused messaging that supports LTV and reduces churn.
- Demonstrated impact on key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, engagement rate, and funnel conversion improvements.
- Strong understanding of how full funnel messaging connects, from paid acquisition to landing pages to lifecycle marketing and marketplace listings.
- Comfortable writing quickly without sacrificing clarity, persuasion, or quality.
- Highly coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to iterate quickly based on performance data.
- Organized, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast paced performance marketing environment.
- Passion for performance marketing, branding, and continuous optimization.
- Interest in health, wellness, supplements, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
