We are seeking Front Office Staff to join our team!
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for our customers, managing invoicing, customer pick up/shipments and assisting our Administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer multi-line phone calls, process customer orders and generate invoices
- Coordinate pick schedules ensuring accurate ETA's for customer shipments
- File and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the production/field teams to ensure accurate stock levels & order readiness
- This role requires typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge and familiarity of plant material is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Data Pro Accounting software, Mailchimp preferred.
