We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing digital platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s HubSpot CRM and CMS, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.

Edit and manage content on the company website using HubSpot’s CMS.

Utilize AI tools and workflows to streamline data management within HubSpot.

Create, analyze, and present reports generated through HubSpot.

Manage and update the company blog and newsletter with engaging, relevant content.

Receive and distribute proposal requests to the appropriate sales team members.

Plan, execute, and optimize email communications and marketing campaigns.

Monitor and respond to activity across social media platforms and online review channels.

Coordinate mailing of employee rewards and new association welcome packages.

Assist with planning, execution, and reporting of educational webinars.

Develop print and digital marketing collateral, promotional items, and educational materials.

Support internal communications through the creation of print and digital resources.

Oversee the company’s Zoom enterprise account and manage user licenses.

Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings.

Represent the company at in-person sponsored and trade events as needed.
Full-Time Remote – Requires occasional travel for local events, meetings, and corporate office.
Salary: $50k-$65K
