Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Recruiter to join our HR team. This is not a remote position. You will work on-site and play a critical role in sourcing and securing top talend to support our continued success in the behavioral healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates by using databases, job boards, social media platforms, cold-calling and networking
- Review resumes and job applications to identify strong matches for open roles.
- Conducts initial candidate screens and interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Promotes company’s reputation as “top workplaces” through recruitment efforts and candidate experience
- Developments and execute strategy recruiting plans using both traditional methods and innovative sourcing techniques of precise recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies while developing new and innovative recruiting techniques
- Partners with department leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies according
- Builds relationships with colleges, universities and professional organizations to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates.
- Maintains accurate and up to date documentation on all candidates, searches, and hiring interactions
Qualifications:
- A college degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2-3+ years experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare setting.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using various methods including job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
- Must be willing and available to cold call potential candidates, including after standard hours after hours as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, as required.as needed
