That's right, no chargebacks, no cold calls, and warm, inbound leads only. You just come in, grab a snack or coffee, and do what you do best: help people find the right coverage.
We're a fast-paced, high-energy, and growth-focused crew. There are no limits to how far you can go here. Our top Licensed Health Insurance Advisors earn $75,000 to $250,000 per year, and we don't just talk about promoting from within-we live it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Licensed Health Insurance Advisor, you'll be the voice and advisor our clients rely on. Forget cold calling-every call you take is warm and ready. Your mission is to guide customers through ACA, Medicare Advantage, and supplemental insurance options, upselling and cross-selling where it makes sense to maximize your earning potential while protecting lives. You'll start your day in our vibrant, buzzing office-grab your coffee, chat with the team, and get ready to help people while crushing your goals. Enjoy daily catered lunch, Monday morning motivation, and cross-training that builds your skills and opens doors.
This is a full-time, in-office position with hours as follows:
- Schedule: You'll work 9-hour shifts from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday), 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (Tuesday - Thursday), and 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Friday). Ambitious agents can also work weekends and extended hours as desired!
Unlimited overtime available for those looking to earn more!

OUR IDEAL LICENSED HEALTH INSURANCE ADVISOR HAS:
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license
- Hungry to win - not here to play it safe
- Self-starter who gets it done
- Some prior experience is a plus, but not essential
- Ability to work on-site
