We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who can keep our office organized, support our agents, and bring a welcoming presence to our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly face and voice for our office—greet clients and answer calls
- Help keep everything running smoothly by managing calendars, appointments, and office tasks
- Assist with preparing documents, and files
- Keep our client database and CRM system up to date
- Pitch in on marketing projects like creating flyers, social media posts, and property highlights
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and clients to ensure a seamless process
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and ready for busy days
- Provide hands-on support during open houses, closings, and community events
What We’re Looking For
- Someone friendly, dependable, and highly organized
- Previous admin or office experience (real estate experience is a bonus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools like MLS or Dotloop
- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, family-style office environment
