Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead client acquisition and revenue growth within our fintech sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and eager to inspire others. You’ll mentor junior team members, manage high-value clients, and work in a positive, high-energy environment with a team focused on success. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership and grow with the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to acquire new business clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management (fintech or financial services preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong ability to close deals and achieve performance metrics
• Team-oriented, motivating, and positive mindset
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 – $200,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)
• Bonus / Incentives: Uncapped commission and leadership performance bonuses
