Position: Roofing Sales Trainee
We are immediately hiring for motivated sales reps and trainees. No roofing sales experience required, full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and identify homes that may have storm damage
- Perform roof assessment and inspection
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Complete simple paperwork and documentation
Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales experience is a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable canvassing and speaking with homeowners to generate leads
- Must have a car or a truck
- Capable and willing to go on roofs
Compensation
- Competitive Pay ($100K-$250K+ per year)
