Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm, and take ownership in a multi-business urgent start-up environment, coordinating the multi-hat logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have experience in either business as an entrepreneur or a similar role to make sure all operations of the company are running smoothly at the direction of the CEO. Thus, the candidate should be extremely organized, reliable, detail oriented and a creative problem solver that can own and wear multiple hats with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an extension of the CEO in startup environments covering all administrative responsibilities in all aspects of the business.
  • Handle all logistics CEO related to include people/HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Housekeeping etc
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Real Self start business owner experience
  • Technology Savvy across Systems
  • Strong Communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
  • Ability to learn new things quickly

Compensation:

  • Compensation is a monthly rate of: $2000/mo as base compensation.
  • Additional compensation includes monthly individual based profit sharing and and quarterly goal bonuses that can equate to an additional $2000 to $3000 per month.
  • Monthly individual based profit sharing is defined as the outcome driven actions taken in the role that successfully increases revenue and profit to the business.
  • Quarterly Bonuses are defined as Quarterly revenue generating milestones that will be set and paid at the achievement of these milestones.
  • Profit sharing and bonuses is an essential part of compensation for this role and is expected to be made and earned but is not guaranteed. Ultimately not earning them would mean not effectievly full-filling the goals of the position.
  • Total Compensation: $4000/mo to $5000/mo
