Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Southeast Florida. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in construction accounting and a keen eye for detail. The AP Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize solid understanding of construction accounting to manage accounts payable processes.
  • Apply knowledge of job costing to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage and reconcile credit card platforms, including Concur.
  • Process purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for financial management.

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction accounting and job costing.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Experience with credit card platforms, such as Concur.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial management.
