Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Southeast Florida. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in construction accounting and a keen eye for detail. The AP Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Utilize solid understanding of construction accounting to manage accounts payable processes.
- Apply knowledge of job costing to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage and reconcile credit card platforms, including Concur.
- Process purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Perform credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for financial management.
Qualifications
- Experience with construction accounting and job costing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Experience with credit card platforms, such as Concur.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial management.
