Position: Field Canvassing Team Leader
Lead a team of top performing canvassers and earn $75K to $125K – No selling required!
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise a team of canvassers</li>
<li>Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)</li>
<li>Achieve team targets and goals</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven Canvassing experience in Home Improvement Industry (Canvassing Supervisors or Team Leaders are highly preferred)</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Salary, Commission, Bonus &amp; Overrides</li>
