Duties
- Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee banquet services and coordinate events to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage shift operations to guarantee efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize POS system for order management, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to specifications and served timely.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with food management practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
