Insight global is assisting a marine engineering client of ours in identifying a resourceful and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee and optimize our daily operations. This role is pivotal to maintaining a productive and organized work environment, supporting both leadership and staff, and ensuring that administrative processes run efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for all things operational—from coordinating schedules and managing supplies to supporting HR and finance functions
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or a related role

Proven startup pace experience

Used to wearing multiple hats
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
