About Us
Aesthetemed is a fast-growing aesthetic medicine and wellness clinic in Miami. We provide premium services in injectables, laser, skin rejuvenation, IV therapy, and holistic programs. We are looking for a hands-on Controller to oversee all daily financial operations, ensure accurate accounting, and support the owner with reliable reporting.
Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Monitor daily cash flow, revenue recognition, and expense allocation.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, payroll processing, and tax filings.
• Oversee inventory accounting (supplies, injectables, consumables) and perform reconciliations with warehouse/clinic staff.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Provide weekly and monthly financial reports to management.
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of accounting/controlling experience (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems (ADP, Gusto, or similar).
• Experience with clinic/retail inventory systems (Zenoti a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
