  • Signarama, West Palm Beach is a family-owned Sign Company celebrating 30 years in the sign industry. We are a busy sign shop with a fast-paced office environment. We are seeking a full time Client Account Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers in our shop
  • Effectively manage all incoming calls
  • Sell signs at the counter, on the phone and through email
  • Build and create custom sign projects through our Point-of-Sale system
  • Manage your sign projects to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to check that theyre satisfied with any purchases or services
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed
  • Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Helping to determine the best fabrication methods and materials needed for jobs
  • Personable and friendly, likes to work with people
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires math skills, product knowledge and computer skills.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Must be someone who takes pride in the product they produce
  • Must be comfortable working with customers directly and answering phones
  • Must have a willingness to learn the Sign Industry and the ability to catch on quickly
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be dependable
