We’re seeking an experienced Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales professional to represent our Suncare Brand and related suncare products along Florida’s West Coast. This role is for a proven route or territory manager with experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), ideally in suncare, skincare, or health & beauty categories.
The ideal candidate already has established relationships with Hotel gift shops, grocery, drug, and beach-area retail accounts and resort connivence stores.
This is a hands-on, in-store sales role, not a remote marketing or eCommerce position.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow DSD retail and resort accounts across Florida’s West Coast (Tampa to Marco Island)
• Open new doors and increase product visibility in grocery, drug, and beach-area retail
• Maintain merchandising standards, product rotation, and seasonal placement
• Drive brand awareness through direct relationships with store and territory managers
• Provide weekly reports on store activity, placement, and sell-through performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of DSD or route sales experience (beverage, snack, or health & beauty industry)
• Experience selling into retail / grocery / convenience / resort channels
• Knowledge of Florida’s West Coast retail market and key accounts
• Existing buyer or store-level relationships preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Able to work extended hours during peak summer season
