About the Firm

As the platform continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Fund Accountant to support our accounting, reporting, and operational functions across multiple investment vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements
- Coordinate and review capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
- Assist with monitoring fund expenses, budgeting, and cash management
- Support audit processes, tax preparation, and regulatory filings
- Maintain fund models, performance metrics, and portfolio company data
- Partner with third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Participate in fund onboarding, new investment closings, and valuations
- Help refine internal controls and accounting processes as the platform scales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting (Big 4 or regional), or investment management
- Experience with private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment funds preferred
- Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with investment structures
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with eFront, Investran, or similar systems is a plus
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
