AVGEN AEROSPACE is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual, who will take on responsibility and perform the tasks required, effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding open orders, lead times, average costs for repairs, and advising of current capabilities.
- Work in a team-oriented work environment
- Follow up and expedite orders.
- Provides customers with the requested information, such as paperwork, images, updates on delivery, etc
Qualifications:
- General computer skills with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management, being able to multitask, and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Customer focus
- English proficiency is mandatory: One must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment
