Job Summary:
The Director of FP&A will possess deep expertise in financial modeling and will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts across the organization, providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will also bring mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise, supporting deal evaluation, due diligence, and post-deal integration from a finance perspective. This role will drive strategic financial initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and play a key role in supporting our growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Operations, IT) to identify and track key business KPIs and drive operational improvements
- Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency
- Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, KPI dashboards, and board-level materials
- Analyze growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost structure optimization.
- Support M&A activities including financial due diligence, and integration planning
- Work cross-functionally to ensure scalable financial systems, processes, and tools
- Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
- 7-10 years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A roles at a SaaS or tech company
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
- Proven track record in M&A financial strategy, due diligence, and integration
- Exceptional modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Sage Intacct)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:
The employee may be required to occasionally travel, which may include overnight, and weekends as deemed necessary by the employer for business-related purposes.
