We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records for payroll
- Initiate preparation of Operations Reports, sales reports, delivery and invoice reports.
- Order from vendors supplies for the production on a weekly basis following established purchasing procedures.
- Record and post financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements
- Support with general clerical and office duties
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Proficient use of computers, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Associate’s degree with concentration in business or accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) years of related work experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills.
