Manager Trainee - No Selling!
Schedule FREE window and door estimates with homeowners.
We are hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Manager Trainee. You’ll be helping homeowners schedule FREE window inspections — no selling required.
What You’ll Do:

<li>Walk local neighborhoods to identify homes that may need new windows</li>
<li>Talk with homeowners about FREE estimates and book appointments</li>
<li>Provide a friendly, professional first impression of our company</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Outgoing personality with strong communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people</li>
<li>No experience required – we provide training</li>
</ul>
