Position: Admin/Sales Support
A qualified candidate must be an Experienced Admin Support Professional who is comfortable and effective making phone calls conducting interviews, processing payroll and conducting collection calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create Invoices, conduct a high volume of phone calls to schedule appointments, conduct collection calls,
phone interview candidates, create reports, create and post job ads.
• Conduct online research as needed along with other admin tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Super outgoing personality comfortable making a high volume of calls to schedule appointments
EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ Years of admin or sales support experience
