Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for efficiently picking and pulling customer orders, loading them onto carts, and preparing them for shipment. The role involves verifying orders prior to shipping and assisting with the bundling and packaging of electrical supplies. The candidate will also manage inventory and perform cycle counts using manual order sheets.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately.
- Load orders onto carts for shipment.
- Verify orders before shipping.
- Bundle and package electrical supplies for shipment.
- Cut wire and conduit pipe using a machine.
- Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts manually.
- Lift items manually, averaging no more than 40 lbs.
- Use a lift or team lift for items over 100 lbs.
Essential Skills
- Experience with manual order picking using a paper sheet.
- Ability to read and write for processing orders.
- Experience in material handling and unloading.
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in order pulling, warehouse operations, and loading products.
- Capability to use a cart for order picking.
- Forklift certification on site (both Sit Down and Stand Up).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
